Do you get five a day? Are you as active as the Le Crunch Bunch?
Eating at least five portions of fruit & vegetables a day helps you to stay healthy. Getting outside and enjoying nature keeps you active and helps discover where your fruit and vegetables come from. Keep a diary of the fruit and vegetables that you eat each day for a week. Collect the results from your group or class. If you have a computer, use it to display the following information:
- Which is the most popular fruit?
- Which is the most popular vegetable?
- How many people eat an apple every day?
- How many people in the class eat their five portions a day?
- How much time do you spend exercising a day?
- Which is your favourite sport to play?
